Join experts from Kroll Financial & Risk Advisory Solutions and Mayer Brown Law Firm at this MITA October 13 event for an insightful discussion on the growing intersection of transfer pricing, customs valuation, and global trade compliance in today’s evolving tariff environment.

This session will explore the current U.S. tariff landscape, related-party customs valuation requirements, transfer pricing implications, and practical tariff mitigation strategies, including supply chain restructuring, first-sale planning, transaction unbundling, and intercompany pricing adjustments.
