Sarah Azar, Executive VP, M.E. Dey

Sarah Azar joined M.E. Dey in 2012, and is part of the fifth generation of family leadership for this respected Wisconsin company. She is a Certified Import Specialist and Certified Export Specialist. With a passion for international business, Sarah works closely with overseas partner offices to collaborate, develop, and streamline import and export processes for customers. In addition to developing international relationships, Sarah works directly with M.E. Dey’s clients to increase process efficiencies and provide technological solutions for their supply chains.  Her leadership experience includes work in Argentina, and South Africa where she immersed herself in many levels of the socio-economic environment. 

 

 

 

Bekaah Boettcher, Director of Global Logistics at Trek Bicycles

As the Director of Global Logistics at Trek Bicycles, Rebecca is responsible for the strategy, partnerships, and operations from suppliers to distribution centers globally for Trek Bicycle. She leads teams in Asia, Europe, and North America with a focus on process optimization, cross-functional alignment, supplier relations, and driving innovation. Rebecca has spent 12+ years at Trek in various supply chain roles building structure, partnerships, and teams- remaining globally focused with developing strong local processes in each region. She holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from UW-Madison, and a bachelor’s degree in Global Studies-Business from UW-Milwaukee.

 

 

Jen Pino-Gallagher, Director of Food & Agribusiness Practice, M3 Insurance 

Jen Pino-Gallagher is the director of food and agribusiness practice at M3 Insurance. She identifies the most effective and efficient way to help clients in the food and agribusiness industry identify growth opportunities and reduce risk within their operations. In her previous role with the DATCP, Pino-Gallagher set the strategy and executed programs to grow the markets for Wisconsin’s diverse agricultural products locally, regionally, and internationally
