Know the Current Requirements and Penalties 
 
Census Bureau experts will cover regulatory updates and filing requirements in the Automated Commercial Environment, as well as how to classify your commodities using the Schedule B classification requirements, and provide a thorough overview of the AES. Review best practices that will assist in achieving compliance.  Customs and Border Protection officers will cover port requirements and pertinent matters occurring at local ports. Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) officers will highlight export control requirements.
